Sims AI is a private household automation system. This policy applies to its operational SMS notices, requested workflow confirmations, and the SMS consent-request page.

Information handled

To deliver SMS notices, the system may handle a recipient name, mobile number, consent record, message content, and delivery or opt-out status. The consent-request page itself does not store submitted form values; it opens the visitor’s email application to send a request to the household administrator.

How information is used

Information is used solely to administer private household automation, confirm requested actions, deliver operational alerts, maintain consent and opt-out records, and keep the service secure.

Sharing

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be processed by service providers only as needed to send SMS or operate the private automation system.
